Privacy at Neon Courier

This policy explains how TKTA handles information in Neon Courier and when you contact us. The game does not require an account.

1. Game information stored on your device

The game saves your best distance, coin balance, completed run count, unlocked and selected vehicles, sound preference, tutorial completion and help-screen theme in local app storage. This supports progress and settings between sessions. The game code does not upload these saves to TKTA. Any device-level backup or restore is controlled by your Android and backup-provider settings.

2. Advertising and third-party services

Neon Courier uses Google AdMob and the Google Mobile Ads SDK for optional rewarded ads. An ad may be requested or preloaded before you choose to watch it. A revive is granted only after the advertising service confirms that you earned the reward.

Google's SDK processes IP addresses (which can indicate approximate location), advertising/app/device identifiers and applicable account-related identifiers, app/ad interactions, and performance diagnostics. These support advertising, measurement and fraud prevention. Google encrypts SDK data in transit. Processing varies with consent, SDK settings and device controls.

See Google's Privacy Policy, how Google uses information from partner apps and Google's SDK data disclosure. Test builds use test ads; this does not mean the SDK makes no network requests.

The game does not request access to your contacts, camera, microphone or precise GPS location. TKTA has not added a separate player analytics service or a cloud leaderboard to this version.

3. Support enquiries

If you email TKTA, we receive your email address, your message and any attachments you choose to send. We use them to answer your request, investigate problems and handle privacy enquiries. Our email provider processes these communications to deliver and store them. Please avoid sending passwords or unrelated sensitive information.

4. Your privacy choices

You can play without choosing a rewarded ad. This choice does not prevent all SDK activity because ads can be preloaded. Where an advertising consent message is presented, use its controls to accept, refuse or manage the available choices. In supported builds, a “Privacy Options” button appears in Settings when Google's consent service requires it, allowing you to revisit those choices.

You can also use Android's advertising privacy settings to reset or delete your advertising ID, where available. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete or restrict use of personal information, object to processing or withdraw consent. Contact TKTA to exercise rights concerning information we hold. For information held independently by Google, use Google's privacy controls or contact Google. You may also contact your local data protection authority.

5. Retention and deletion

Local saves remain until you clear the game's app storage or remove the app, subject to device backup and restore settings. To remove local progress, open Android Settings, select Neon Courier under Apps, then Storage and Clear data. This resets your coins, vehicles, records and settings.

TKTA retains support correspondence only as needed to resolve the enquiry, handle follow-up issues and meet applicable legal obligations. You can request deletion by emailing us. Google controls retention and deletion of data it processes under its own policies; clearing the game does not automatically delete Google's records. There is no Neon Courier account to delete.

6. Sharing and security

We do not sell support messages or local game saves. Advertising data is handled by Google and its service providers as described above. Support information may be shared with service providers needed to handle the request, or when legally required. Service providers may process information outside your country. We limit use of support information to its stated purpose and take reasonable steps to protect it; no storage or transmission system is completely secure.

7. Children and personal information

The game does not ask players to submit a name, date of birth or contact details to play. If you believe a child has sent personal information to TKTA, contact us so we can review and address it, including deletion where appropriate. The advertising practices described in this policy still apply; a lack of a game account does not mean that advertising services process no data.

8. This website and policy updates

This policy page does not contain advertising or analytics scripts added by TKTA. Cloudflare, our hosting provider, may process ordinary connection and security logs to deliver and protect the website. External links lead to services with their own privacy policies. We may update this policy as the game or its services change, and will revise the effective date and provide additional notice where required.

隱私政策

本政策說明 TKTA 如何處理 Neon Courier 遊戲及支援查詢涉及的資料。遊戲無須註冊帳戶。

1. 裝置內的遊戲資料

遊戲在裝置內儲存最高距離、金幣、完成局數、已解鎖及已選擇的車輛，以及音效、新手教學完成狀態及說明頁主題設定，供下次遊玩使用。遊戲程式不會將這些存檔上傳至 TKTA。裝置層面的備份及還原由 Android 與備份服務設定控制。

2. 廣告與第三方服務

遊戲使用 Google AdMob 及 Google Mobile Ads SDK 提供自選獎勵廣告。廣告可能在你選擇觀看前已預先載入；廣告服務確認已獲取獎勵後，遊戲才會發放復活。

Google SDK 會處理 IP 位址（可估算大概位置）、廣告／應用程式／裝置及適用的帳戶相關識別碼、應用程式與廣告互動，以及效能診斷資料，用於廣告、成效分析及防止詐騙。傳輸中的 SDK 資料會加密；實際處理取決於同意狀態、SDK 設定及裝置控制。

詳情見 Google 隱私權政策及Google 如何使用合作應用程式的資料。測試版本使用測試廣告，但不代表 SDK 不會連線。此版本不要求存取聯絡人、相機、麥克風或精確 GPS 位置，亦未加入獨立玩家分析服務或雲端排行榜。

3. 支援查詢

當你發送電郵，我們會收到你的電郵地址、訊息及自願提供的附件，用於回覆、調查問題及處理私隱查詢。電郵服務供應商會處理郵件以傳送及儲存通訊。請勿提供密碼或無關的敏感資料。

4. 你的選擇與權利

你可以不觀看獎勵廣告而繼續遊玩，但預載廣告仍可能涉及 SDK 活動。如出現廣告同意訊息，可使用當中的接受、拒絕或管理選項。在支援的版本中，當 Google 同意服務要求提供私隱選項時，遊戲設定頁會顯示「Privacy Options」，供你重新管理選擇。你亦可在 Android 廣告私隱設定中重設或刪除廣告 ID（如適用）。

按你所在地的法律，你可能有權查閱、更正、刪除或限制處理個人資料、提出反對或撤回同意。涉及 TKTA 持有的資料，請聯絡我們；涉及 Google 獨立持有的資料，請使用 Google 私隱控制或聯絡 Google。你亦可聯絡當地資料保護主管機關。

5. 保留與刪除資料

本機存檔保留至你清除遊戲資料或移除應用程式，並受裝置備份及還原設定影響。可在 Android「設定 → 應用程式 → Neon Courier → 儲存空間 → 清除資料」移除進度；金幣、車輛、紀錄及設定會重設。

TKTA 僅在解決查詢、跟進問題及履行適用法律義務所需期間保留支援通訊。你可透過電郵要求刪除。Google 根據自己的政策保留及刪除資料，清除遊戲不會自動刪除 Google 的紀錄。遊戲沒有需要刪除的玩家帳戶。

6. 資料分享與保安

我們不出售支援訊息或本機存檔。廣告資料由 Google 及其服務供應商按上述方式處理。支援資料可能提供予處理查詢所需的服務供應商，或按法律要求披露。服務供應商可能在你所在國家以外處理資料。我們限制支援資料的用途，並採取合理保護措施，但沒有儲存或傳輸系統能保證完全安全。

7. 兒童資料

遊戲不要求玩家提交姓名、出生日期或聯絡資料才能遊玩。如果你認為兒童曾向 TKTA 提交個人資料，請聯絡我們，以便檢視及適當處理，包括在適用情況下刪除。本政策的廣告資料處理說明仍然適用；無須遊戲帳戶不代表廣告服務不處理資料。

8. 網站及政策更新

TKTA 沒有在本政策網頁加入廣告或分析腳本。網站託管供應商 Cloudflare 可能處理一般連線及保安記錄，以提供及保護網站。外部連結的服務有各自的私隱政策。遊戲或服務改動時，我們可能更新本政策、生效日期，並在需要時提供額外通知。
